Derrica Wilson is the Founder of RLD Limited Group, co-founder of Black and Missing Foundation (BAMFI), a former police officer and Chief of Compliance & Enforcement with the District of Columbia Government. She brings more than two decades of expertise in public safety, security, compliance, audits, investigations, best practices, policy implementation and recruitment. Furthermore, she is the proud author of the children’s book ‘Finding Sierra’ which sheds much-needed light on the danger youth face daily.
Derrica cultivated a talent for bringing teams together to develop and implement strategic initiatives with detailed deliverables to improve the overall performance, accountability, public trust, and safety for all.
